Refunds & Returns Policy

At Pharmaease, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive safe, high-quality products and services. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service provided, please contact us promptly at info@pharmaease.com so that we can review your concerns and seek a suitable resolution. You may also call our customer support team for assistance.


Refund Guidelines

Refund requests relating to returned merchandise will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will usually be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel certain purchases made online or by telephone within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@pharmaease.com within 14 calendar days of your order.

All items returned under this right must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to medicines, personal care items, or products that are sealed for health protection reasons once opened.

Returns and Exclusions

If you wish to return a product, please notify us at info@pharmaease.com within 14 days of receipt. You may request either a refund or an exchange, provided the product is eligible for return and is returned in its original, unopened packaging.

For reasons of patient safety and legal compliance under UK medicines legislation, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once supplied:

Prescription and non-prescription medicines (including those purchased in error).

Medicinal products requiring temperature-controlled storage (cold chain).

Cosmetics, supplements, or personal care items that have been opened or unsealed.

These restrictions are in place to maintain the integrity, quality, and safety of the products we supply.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact us immediately at info@pharmaease.com. We are usually able to cancel orders placed before 1:00 pm on standard dispatch days, but cancellation must be confirmed by our team.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any eligible items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Pharmaease. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Important Notice on Medicines Purchased in Error

Due to UK regulations governing the sale and distribution of medicines, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for any medication purchased in error. Please ensure that all information provided at the time of ordering is accurate before completing your purchase.
