Our Services
We specialise in providing prescription-only medicines and weight management treatments for adults living with obesity, typically defined as a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above. To ensure safe and effective prescribing, every client must complete a detailed medical questionnaire. This assessment mirrors the questions you would expect in a face-to-face consultation with a doctor.
Our prescribing team may occasionally request additional information to confirm that treatment is appropriate, effective, and safe. In certain circumstances, you may also be asked to attend a video consultation with one of our prescribers before a prescription can be issued.
Patient Verification and Safety
To protect your health and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, we require a two-step identity verification process. This includes your consent for our prescribers to access your Summary Care Records at the point of purchase, together with verification through NHS-approved PDS (Personal Demographics Service) sync functionality.

How It Works
You will first complete our secure medical questionnaire online. A registered prescriber then reviews your health profile to confirm suitability for treatment. In some cases, a video consultation may be required to support safe prescribing. Once approved, your medication is dispensed the same day and shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to preserve product quality.
Prescribing and Dispensing
All prescriptions issued through our website are managed by Nationwide Healthcare Solutions Ltd, Company Registration No. 07278785. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, medications are dispensed by Nationwide Healthcare Solutions Ltd trading as Pharmaease, registered at 172 Willows Lane, Bolton, BL3 4BU. The company is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) under number 9010200.
Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Mr. Muhammad Rafiq, GPhC No. 2065278.
